Lovely to receive. Have a few tweaks
1. Should be able to choose thread colors. Understand design templates are set but thread color should be a choice
2. Should be able to choose a font. I wanted one letter in 2 words to be script and request could not be accommodated.
3. Was told up front 8-12 weeks. Took every bit of that and seemed like a long time for only requesting the wording nothing else. Ordered 4/20 received 7/3.
4. Hoping that the personalized pillows are not ‘added’ to stock inventory as mine means even more to be because it’s ’one of a kind’. Tho I certainly wouldn’t begrudge someone else from wanting same pillow. It’s quite meaningful
