In-stock items ship within 3-5 business days from our North Carolina warehouse although some items may take longer to process. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Domestic orders are shipped through USPS or UPS Ground service. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. You can always log into your account for tracking info, or just give us a shout if you need help.
Expedited shipping is available Monday-Friday. All orders placed with expedited shipping and received by 12pm EST will be prioritized for packing and leave our warehouse the same day. Orders with expedited shipping received after 12pm will leave our warehouse the following business day (no weekends or holidays).
If you order for expedited shipping after 12pm EST on a Friday or a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your package will go out to the carrier on the following Monday, unless that Monday is a holiday.

All continental retail US orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. The shipping fee for continental US orders under $150 is $9.95.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and any other US territories outside of the continental U.S. will be charged shipping based on the weight and shipment address of the order.
When your order has been packed and picked-up by the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Orders can take 2-3 business days to be processed and 4-5 days during the holiday season. Rest assured your order is being taken care of and you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it's on the way!
Don't worry! Sometimes tracking information doesn't update right away. If you received a tracking number and it's currently showing as an error or invalid, please allow up to 24 hours for it to appear in the carrier's system. This means that your order is packed and ready for pick-up by the carrier. Carriers are handling more packages than ever. Unfortunately, this can mean delays in packages being scanned into their system. While this typically results in a delay of 3-4 days, we have also seen it take up to 10 business days to see any movement. We know the delays can be frustrating, but rest assured that your package has been shipped and is at one of their facilities, and they will process and deliver it as soon as they can.
We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed. If there is an issue with your order, reach out to our customer service team right away at info@furbishstudio.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Express payment methods like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal will automatically use your default name and address, so it is important to ensure it is up to date in your account on these platforms.
If your package wasn’t able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at info@furbishstudio.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!
Yes! We've partnered with Passport Global Shipping to facilitate our international shipments.
Note that international shipments may experience delays and the length of the delay is dependent on each country's local delivery abilities. All international shipments are final sale.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes will be calculated and communicated at the time of checkout.

When you order an item on pre-order, the item is not ready to ship to you yet. We will charge your payment method right away to secure your item from the batch of inventory that is coming in.
We do our best to provide accurate information on when the item will be ready to ship out to you. On the product detail page at the time of your purchase we provide the month when the item is scheduled to ship.

Returns postmarked back to us within 14 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for a full refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
All returned products must be unused, undamaged to ensure a full credit, minus any shipping fees. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.
All merchandise marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for returns or refunds. We cannot accept returns on these items. If any merchandise that was purchased as final sale is returned, it will not be shipped back to the customer, and you will not receive a refund or store credit. No exceptions will be made.

Our packing lists do not include pricing, so you can use that as a gift receipt.
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but standard packaging for all orders is packing slips that do NOT contain prices in a Furbish fabric pouch that houses the packing slip, so we are confident that our standard packaging reads appropriately for a gift.
