Shipping, Return and Discount Policies
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All continental retail US orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. The shipping fee for continental US orders under $150 is $9.95. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and any other US territories outside of the continental U.S. will be charged shipping based on the weight and delivery address of the order. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days unless an item is on backorder or pre-order. Please look carefully at the product you are ordering for pre-order or backorder dates. Expedited shipping is available Monday through Friday. If you choose expedited shipping after 12 pm Eastern Time on Friday through Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday. Expedited shipments will not be shipped on federal holidays.. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at info@furbishstudio.com. DOMESTIC
Domestic orders with standard shipping are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver services. Domestic orders with expedited shipping are shipped through FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx 2Day services. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been processed and is being prepared for shipment. You can always log into your account for tracking info. In stock items ship within 3-5 business days from our NC warehouse, although some items may take longer to process. Due to increased order volume and the holiday season, we're experiencing a higher volume of orders, so processing and shipping may take a bit longer than normal. Thank you for your patience, we're working hard to get your order to you! Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5-7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If you ordered a pre-order item, please check your expected shipping date in the product description on our website. While we do all that we can to ensure your order's timely delivery, Furbish Studio cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather and service interruptions. Please note that items ordered together may be shipped separately. Occasionally some items may be backordered or out of stock. You will be emailed in a timely fashion should this be the case. We're on it!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes will be calculated and communicated at the time of checkout. In-stock items ship within 3-5 days from our NC warehouse although some items may take longer to process. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7-14 business days. If you ordered a pre-order item, please check your expected shipping date.
All international sales are final and non-returnable or exchangeable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
PRODUCTS EXCLUDING FINAL SALE ITEMS
Returns postmarked back to us within 14 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for a full refund and customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must arrive in original condition to be eligible for refund. Items that are returned and arrive broken or damaged cannot be refunded. This includes items that are damaged in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to correctly package fragile or bulky items to ensure they arrive safely to our returns department. In some instances a restocking fee may be charged.
All sales outside of the United States are final sale and non-returnable or exchangeable.
All wholesale sales are final and non-returnable or exchangeable.
Special orders that have been customized or personalized in any way are non-refundable, and cannot be returned.
All SALE items or items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE.
All merchandise marked FINAL SALE is NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE. We cannot accept returns on these items. If any merchandise that was purchased as final sale is returned, it will not be shipped back to the customer, and you will not receive a refund or store credit. No exceptions will be made.
